Privacy and data protection

Barderian Enterprises runs this academy. We collect only what we need to teach you and issue your certificate: your name, email, phone number, country, payments, lesson progress, quiz and exam results, and files you upload for practical work.

How we use it

To give you access to your courses, confirm payments, track your progress, mark your work, issue and verify certificates, and contact you about your learning. We do not sell your data.

Certificate checks

Anyone with your certificate number can see your name, the course, the date and your final score, so that employers can confirm it is genuine.

Payments

You pay by bank transfer to the accounts shown after you sign up, and send your proof of payment on WhatsApp. We never ask for your card details or PIN.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (and the GDPR for learners in Europe), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to info@barderians.com.ng.
